Your First Visit

To help us get familiar with you and your pet prior to their first visit, we require every new patron to fill out a new client form. It’s online for your convenience!

Be sure to bring your pet’s medical records from your previous veterinarian or the adoptive rescue. This will help our doctors understand your pet’s current health, support any findings during the nose-to-tail physical relationship with your friend, and help create a plan for certain services.
