Appointment Scheduling Policy
We value you and respect your time. To best serve our patients, we schedule all routine visits and surgical procedures and do our utmost to ensure we see every client on time. Occasionally an emergency case will delay a scheduled appointment.
Appointments, Drop-Offs & Payment Policy
Just can’t be here during a regular appointment time? Drop-offs are available. Bring your pet in the morning, or at a time that is convenient for you, and our doctors will tend to him/her within a few hours, taking advantage of between-appointments time, or a slot designated for an admitted patient. They will give you a ring once your pet has been seen to discuss the diagnosis and provide discharge information.
For all appointments, please bring a list of your pet’s prescriptions and any supplements to include dosing strength and administration frequency (or feel free to toss everything in a bag for us to review).
Prior to entering the hospital, all pets must be leashed or in a crate. Cats should always arrive in appropriately sized and secure carriers. Although we are committed to making our animal patients comfortable, sometimes the situation proves to be quite difficult for them. In these cases, if you or we feel it’s just too much, we will suggest light sedation. Sometimes this means rescheduling your appointment for a time when you can administer the medication at home before the visit.
Payment is required at the time services are provided. TotalBond Veterinary Hospital at Davidson accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as cash, personal checks. We're also proud to offer CareCredit®, Cherry, Scratch Pay and Snout.
