My younger dog is terrified of everything and also winds up in situations where we need the vet often enough that they know us 😭 Forrest brook staff is kind, patient, and caring. We’ve had 2 emergency visits there in addition to routine care for both my dogs. They even allowed “good boy visits” or “happy vists” where you can just stop in with your dog so everytime they go it’s not associated with a bad memory !! Today Ive been up since 4 this morning with my Maddie throwing up poop ! Even when I thought hope was gone , and no one wanted to take her by the grace of GOD place total bond in our path ! Since I walked in the door they have been such a help with financial assistance as far as cherry getting approved and having them see her today for a visit and getting seen, this was an emergency visit my dog was normal till this morning ! I can’t thank doc Salome and her staff I highly recommend
The team here is excellent! We transferred to them after a few bad experiences with our local "pet store affiliated vet" and it was a complete 180 from what we had been used to. The office feels more homey and they seem genuinely engaged with both pets and owners. Super easy to get in contact with, scheduling is a breeze, and they explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. Definitely a good choice for vet care!
