Dr. Christina Stathakis

Dr. Stathakis is an associate veterinarian at New Hope Veterinary Hospital. She grew up in Sedalia, Colorado, a small country town, where exposure to wildlife and farm animals nurtured her passion for veterinary medicine. Dr. Stathakis earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in 2019 and went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University in 2023. Over the past three years, she has worked as a small-animal general practitioner and at the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast in Palm City, Florida. Her areas of interest include surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, dermatology, and orthopedic medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Stathakis loves staying active. Whether it is running, swimming, biking, hiking, or skiing, you are more likely to find her outside enjoying any season!
